SHIPPING POLICY

We at Knotmuch understand that you would like to receive your products in the finest condition and on time. Hence, we use our large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as soon as possible.

• Depending upon the location, the product will be delivered by our courier partner within 7-10 working days after it has been dispatched from our Studio. [Note: Our courier partners try to deliver before the estimated delivery date but sometimes they might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances].
• All shipments will be processed primarily on the Pincode provided by customer. Incorrect Pincode will result in the shipment return to us by courier partner and customer will have to bear additional cost (Cost of Return shipment to Studio and Forward shipment with correct Pincode to customer)
• Shipping charges, wherever applicable will be extra.
