RETURN, CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation of product(s) can be done within 24 hours of the order placement. Once the order is accepted by Knotmuch; cancellation will not be possible.

Return, Exchange and Refunds:

  • All our products are custom made; hence we do not accept any Exchange OR Return once it is purchased.
  • In case you received a damaged product, you can claim its Refund OR Exchange by raising a request of the product within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Step-1: Contact us via email ([email protected]) within 24 hours of receiving your package for Refund OR Exchange request.

Step-2: Please share the unboxing video of the package as a proof (Most Important).

Step-3: Once your claim is reviewed and accepted; Knotmuch will contact you within 24-48 hours with detailed instructions on how to return your product.

Step-4: You can ship the damaged product back to us on our provided address.

Note: It is the customer's responsibility to send us the damaged product in unused condition. Knotmuch will not bear the return shipping charges.


Damage product claim will not be accepted in below scenarios:

  • Claim is initiated after 24 hours from receiving the package.
  • Product is damaged due to overuse OR misuse
  • Unboxing video is not shared in the request email
  • Product is used or altered

Knotmuch reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The firm will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
